Discover the Plant Science Learning Hub

Created by educators and scientists at the Australian National Botanic Gardens, the Plant Science Learning Hub is a fun and engaging resource designed to inspire curious minds with the science and stories of Australian plants. 

Designed around the learning areas of Life Cycles, Plant Structure, Pollination and Seeds, each module contains a comprehensive suite of resources and activities.

Modules include: 

• lesson plans for the classroom or outdoors
• field kit activities for hands-on outdoor learning
• online interactive activities to enhance and gamify the student’s learning experience and test the knowledge they have gained
• achievement badges for students to receive after completing an online activity
• videos featuring the Gardens’ scientists and experts, highlighting major topics in each module
• teacher resources including background information, images and more.
