Meet the Artist - Meet Morgyn Phillips the artist of Postcards from Black Mountain exhibition

Join Morgyn for a relaxed afternoon in the gallery sharing their experiences and passion for postcards and local places, and to find out about the creative processes behind the development of the Postcards from Black Mountain series.

This informal gathering is a chance to meet the artist and to find out more about some of the Mountain’s lesser-known stories and events in the art works. The exhibition brings together many of Morgyn’s interests and has been a useful way to explore ideas of place, and the major and minor changes, geological, botanical, historical, cultural, ecological, and climatic in their local environment through the well-known format of the postcard.
